Walked everysingle day, one or two outings, about a mile each. I tried to run for a house or two and, well, its a no go until magical iron bras are in my budget.
My calves hurt and my foot hurts. Looking forward to keeping this up and lengthening the times of walking!

Yesterday I ran 3 miles, today was my off day so I just took a leisurely walk with my dog and daughter. Tomorrow is 4 miles.
Okay, I've fallen off the bandwagon for a while. I'll get back on this week, though.
Speaking of iron bras...my friend lent me a sports bra that no longer fits her. It's a Nike 34C. I am a 36C. I have to do contortions to get it on. But once it's on, nothing moves. It's fantastic. It's even harder to get off, to the point that I get that panicky trapped feeling sometimes when I'm trying to get out of it. I call it the Vise-Grip.
I am going to check out Nike's site--I love the idea of vice-grip! Thanks for the tip!
I was just talking about this with my neighbor. She says she uses two sports bras on at the same time to keep from throwing her back out when she exercises.
Why are there no affordable bras for amply bosomed ladies to exercise in? Isn't the sick ideal they feed us in the media all huge breasts and tight body? I suppose all those implant bunnies can afford amazing secret bras?
Whatever -
You're doing a great job!
YOU ARE SO RIGHT!
I think the secret to the mystery Femme-bots on TV is that they are skinny athletic types who then got implants. Maybe those dont bounce.
I like the 2 bras idea, maybe a little one over a normal one?? haha
;)
